Our inspection is a review with a written list of findings. A City inspection happens after permitted work, through the City’s Building, Permitting & Inspections division, and is requested in its EnerGov system. If we make repairs that need a permit, we pull it and book the City inspection.
No: our review is an assessment, not permitted work. A permit comes into play only if repairs follow. Then we apply through the City’s portal as licensed contractors, and the City’s inspector checks the repair work.
