ElectriciansX — Last updated: September 22, 2026

These terms cover electrical work you hire ElectriciansX LLC to do, and your use of electriciansx.com. Asking for a quote, approving a quote, or booking work means you agree to them.

A quote or invoice may add terms for that job. If something on the quote conflicts with this page, the quote controls for that job.

1. Who We Are

We serve Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and the rest of Southwest Florida. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

2. Quotes and Estimates

A quote is our offer based on what you tell us and what we can see at the property. It is not a contract until you approve it.

The quote is good until the date printed on it. If no date is printed, it is good for 30 days.

The price covers the work described. If we open a wall, a panel, or a trench and find something we could not see — damaged wire, an overloaded circuit, or a code item that has to be corrected to pass inspection — we will stop and tell you the change in price before we do that extra work. Work needed to make the site safe may be done first. We will explain it as soon as we reasonably can.

Prices and examples on the website are general. Your quote is the price for your job.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to give us a safe way to reach the work at the scheduled time. That includes a clear work area, access to the electrical panel, and pets secured. An adult who can approve a change needs to be reachable while we are on site.

If we cannot work safely, we will reschedule.

4. The Work

We do the work on the approved quote. When a permit is required, we pull it, do the work to the National Electrical Code and local rules, and meet the inspection. Permit fees are included only when the quote says they are.

5. What We Need From You

Give us an honest description of the problem, including known hazards such as aluminum wiring, earlier DIY work, water damage, or a panel you have already been told to replace. Please move furniture and valuables out of the work area before we arrive.

6. Payment

Payment is due on the date printed on the invoice. If the invoice does not show a due date, it is due when you receive it.

We accept the methods printed on the invoice, including card payments through Jobber Payments. We do not store your full card number.

If the quote requires a deposit, we schedule the job after that deposit is paid. The deposit is applied to your invoice. You still owe the remaining balance.

We may pause the work if a deposit, or a progress payment we agreed to, has not been received.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Call, text, or email us as soon as you know you need to cancel or move the appointment.

If you cancel before we have started, and before we have ordered materials or paid a permit fee for your job, we refund what you have paid, minus any cost we cannot get back.

If you cancel after we have started, ordered materials for your job, or paid a permit fee, you pay for the work already done and for materials or fees we cannot recover. We will send you an itemized list.

Please tell us before the day of the appointment if you need to reschedule.

Florida law gives a 3-business-day right to cancel certain sales that a seller starts at your home and that you did not request. Work you asked us to do — by phone, through the website, or by approving a quote you requested — is a job you requested. If a sale qualifies as a home-solicitation sale under Florida Statutes chapter 501, you keep the cancellation rights that law gives you.

8. Workmanship

We stand behind our installation. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, call us. We will come look at it and correct our work.

If your quote or invoice states a warranty period, that period applies. Panels, breakers, chargers, generators, and fixtures are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which passes to you.

This does not cover storms, misuse, later work by someone else, or problems that were already in the house and were outside the work you approved.

9. Insurance

ElectriciansX LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. You can verify license EC13016674 on the Florida DBPR website.

We are responsible for damage we cause. We are not responsible for defects that were already there, for conditions hidden until we opened the work, or for damage caused by someone else.

10. Photos

We may photograph the finished work for your job record and for the Our Work page. We do not publish your name or street address with those photos. Tell us before we start if you do not want the photos used publicly.

11. Text Messages

By giving us a mobile number, you agree we may text you about your quote, appointment, job, and invoice, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (239) 880-9473.

12. The Website

Articles, calculators, and price examples on electriciansx.com are general information. They are not a quote, and they are not a design for your house, until we have looked at the property. You may not copy the site to run a competing business.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update this page. The version posted on the day you approve a quote is the version that applies to that job.

14. Florida Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Questions

This page explains how we do business with our customers. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer.
