  • Service address — when you want us to come to the property.
  • Job details — what electrical work you need, photos you send, and notes from the visit.
  • Messages — what you send us by form, email, phone, or text.
  • Job records — quotes, appointments, invoices, and payments.
  • Website data — pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and analytics.

We do not collect card numbers on this website. When you pay a deposit or invoice, the payment is handled by our payment processor.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use it to:

  • Answer your questions and prepare quotes.
  • Schedule visits and do the work.
  • Send appointment reminders, job updates, invoices, and receipts.
  • Keep a record of the work we did for you.
  • Improve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for another company’s marketing.

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about work you asked us to do. Those messages can include:

Those companies use the information to provide that service. We do not allow them to use it to market their own products to you.

7. How We Store and Protect Information

Customer records are kept in Jobber and in the email and website systems we use to run ElectriciansX. Access is limited to people who need it to schedule work, do the job, or send your invoice. We use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact details and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer a warranty question, and meet tax and contractor record requirements. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete information we are not required to keep.
  • Stop text messages, or withdraw consent for another use.
