Village of Estero Building and Permitting Services — The Village of Estero permits electrical work at 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, (239) 221-5036. Its Standby Generator Permit Document Check-List (updated January 1, 2024) asks for a detailed scope of work, existing and new service riser diagrams, generator and transfer switch specifications, load calculations, a scaled site plan, a structural slab or pad detail depending on size, FEMA-specific information for work in a flood zone, and three plan sets for single family. The Village states that all generators and electrical equipment must be installed above Base Flood Elevation. We prepare and submit it all.

This company is by far the best! We had already used four different electricians, and not one of them was able to figure out or fix the issue.
